I'm taking a photography class and I'm soooo thrilled and happy that I did it. I'm shooting totally in the manual mode, I know I would have NEVER gotten out of the auto modes without this class. We have assignments every week and these were the pictures i took for this weeks assignments, only in black and white. Megan is only too happy to be my model !
This is a site with some amazing photography on it.
I know some of them are blurry in spots. I was using my 50 MM 1:1.4 lens (which I LOVE!) and was not using the focus right on it.

Your photos are beautiful. Photography class must be a lot of fun. I think your doing a great job. I've never heard of this contest before. I've been entering another contest called I Heart Faces. It's a lot of fun! I'll have to try this one too.
I love your b & w image. Looks like a picture from the 1940's. So cool.
